Please welcome Dr. Laura Matalenas, the LACElab’s newest Ph.D.!
Laura has already secured a job as a User Experience Researcher at Cisco. She will be improving their employee experience with internal Cisco IT services. She will also influence the UX strategy for Cisco IT by coming up with flexible, reproducible plans for UX Research in an agile environment and sharing those with other UX teams.
