No April fools here – April 1st brought us the first ever student-conceived, organized, and run Southeastern Human Factors Applied Research Conference (SHARC), held in Raleigh, NC at the Duke Energy Hall in the Hunt Library. The conference showcased industry speakers from Google, Microsoft, Deere & Co., and Naval Research with a keynote address by Dr. Nancy Currie-Gregg, NASA Astronaut and human factors specialist.
Research assistants in the LACElab presented posters on their projects.
